• Is the parcel sorted or mixed by colour and clarity?
• What is the approximate total carat weight and piece count?
• What size or dimension range should I expect?
• Are there representative photos or a rotating video of the actual goods?

Treatment and documentation

• What treatments apply to this lot?
• Will treatment status appear on the invoice and house certificate?
• Are any third-party reports included or available on request?

Commercial terms

• Is pricing per carat, per piece, or per lot?
• What advance is required, and which payment methods are accepted?
• When does dispatch happen after payment clears?
• Is shipping fully insured, and to which address format?
• What happens if the delivered goods differ materially from the agreed description?

Logistics and compliance

• Which documents travel with the parcel for import clearance?
• Who is responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country?
