In trade language, “natural” usually means the material is earth-mined corundum, not laboratory-grown. It does not automatically mean untreated. Always separate:

5. What is the piece count, size range, and rejection policy? Mixed lots need clear grading notes.

When two quotes look far apart, check whether you are comparing the same treatment status, origin claim, size range, and clarity grade. A cheaper lot that is filled or poorly disclosed can cost more in returns and reputation than a cleaner, properly described parcel.
